A three bedroomed self- catering holiday apartment in the village of Zebbug in Malta. This vacation rental property can sleep 6 persons very comfortably in three bedrooms (maximum 8 using folding beds). Very spacious and full of light, this apartment is offered at a very good rate. It is located close to the village centre. The village of Zebbug is one of the oldest in Malta and is located in the centre of the island, having easy access to most places of interest/entertainment. The fortified historic city of Mdina is a mere 5 minutes drive away.
This holiday apartment is located in a residential street close to the centre of the village. It is on the second floor of a block of four apartments and is accessed up a lift/staircase. Entrance is onto a corridor which leads onto a living room which in turn leads onto a kitchen/dining room with a front balcony overlooking the street below, a spare room, main bathroom, double bedroom, double bedroom with shower en suite and twin bedroom, both leading to an interconnecting open back balcony. There is one step between living and kitchen/dining rooms. Parking is possible in the street below.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are per property per night for up to 4 persons and then per additional person.
All payments due are in uro.
In order to validate a booking, a deposit of 30% of the total rental cost quoted must be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid one week prior to arrival.
The property owner reserves the right to ask for a uro 200 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 15.00 hours onwards.
The property must be vacated by 11.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property notes:
Smoking is allowed.
Water, electricity and gas consumption is included in the price except for air-conditioning which is metered.
