This 4-bedroomed self-catering property can sleep up to 10 persons surrounded by lots of outdoor features including a pool, jacuzzi, manicured lawn, tree garden, courtyard and terraces with lovely panoramic country views. Situated close to the village of Mgarr, which is well known for its traditional Maltese cuisine and also a mere kilometre away from some of Malta`s finest sandy beaches...Ghajn Tuffieha Bay and Golden Bay. Roman baths and prehistoric temple remains are within walking distance.
The property, some rooms of which boast to be about 500 years old, is located at the end of a country cul-de-sac. From the entrance hall on the ground floor, one accesses a sitting room with open log fire place, a kitchen, a large dining/living area and a formal dining room. These rooms surround a central courtyard which is accessed through 3 different doors. The courtyard leads into a four car garage and two caves, one of which is converted into a small chapel. A guest toilet is available. An internal spiral or external courtyard staircase takes one to the first floor which houses a double bedroom complete with walk in wardrobe, shower room en suite and an annexed living room in a conservatory with wide country views. A double bedroom and a triple bedroom (2 single and a bunk bed) share a bathroom across the corridor. A double bedroom leads into a single bedroom with bathroom en suite and leads onto a terrace overlooking the courtyard below. The outside area includes a large terrace with a canopied seating area and jacuzzi with panoramic country views. A large manicured lawn and tree garden lead on to a canopied kitchenette/BBQ/dining area overlooking a pool with large sun deck with distant country views. There is a separate entrance to the garden/pool area and an interconnecting four car garage.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are for the property per night.
All payments due are in uro.
In order to validate a booking, a deposit of 20% of the total rental cost quoted must be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
The property owner reserves the right to ask for a uro 500 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 16.00 hours onwards.
The property must be vacated by 10.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property notes:
Water/electricity/gas consumption is included in the price.
Smoking is only allowed outside.
