A two bedroomed apartment with open country views on the periphery of the Gozitan capital town of Victoria. This self- catering holiday property can sleep 5 persons (maximum 6 with folding bed added) in two bedrooms. With two open balconies and extensive views of the Gozitan countryside, this vacation rental makes a worthwhile stay. Victoria (aka Rabat) is in the hub of Gozo, therefore enhancing easier access to the rest of the island's attractions.
The apartment is located on the first/second floor of a small block of four apartments. Entrance is from the street below and through a common main door and upstairs to the apartment's own door. Entrance is onto a small lounge with a tiny yard next to it and onto a double bedroom with open balcony with extensive country views, bathroom, corridor, triple bedroom, kitchen/dining room with an open balcony overlooking urban neighborhood and shower room. Parking is available in the street below.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are per property per night depending on the amount of persons and based on a minimum stay of 7 nights.
All payments due are in uro.
In order to validate a booking, a deposit of 30% must be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.
One child (per couple) under the age of 11 years goes for free.
The property owner reserves the right to ask for a uro 50 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 13.00 hours onwards.
The property must be vacated by 11.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property rules:
Smoking is allowed.
Trained pets are allowed.
Water/electricity/gas consumption is included in the price, except for gas heating.
