A corner three bedroomed apartment in the Gozitan capital town of Victoria. This self- catering vacation rental property can sleep 8 persons (maximum 10 using folding beds) in three bedrooms. There are three open balconies, the apartment is very spacious and is located very close to the centre of town. Victoria (aka Rabat) is in the hub of Gozo, therefore enhancing easier access to the rest of the island's attractions.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a small block of two apartments. Entrance is from the street below and through a common main door and upstairs to the apartment's own door. Entrance is onto a corridor/lounge area from where one accesses a quadruple bedroom (double + 2 single), two double bedrooms each with an open balcony overlooking the street below, a bathroom, a shower room, a kitchen/dining/living room with an open balcony overlooking the street below. Parking is available in the street nearby.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are per property per night for up to 4 persons and then per additional person.
Prices listed are based on a minimum stay of 7 nights.
All payments due are in €uro.
In order to validate a booking, a deposit of 30% must be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.
One child (per couple) under the age of 11 years goes for free.
The property owner reserves the right to ask for a €uro 50 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 13.00 hours onwards.
The property must be vacated by 11.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property rules:
Smoking is allowed.
Trained pets are allowed.
Water/electricity/gas consumption is included in the price, except for gas heating.
