  •  In order to validate a booking, a deposit of 35% of the total rental cost quoted must be paid.  

  •  The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.

Arrival and departure:

  •  Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 15.00 hours onwards.

  •  The property must be vacated by 11.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.

  •  Water/electricity/gas consumption is included in the price.

  •  Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor areas.
