The apartment is located on the ground floor of a seafront semi-detached block of 4 apartments. Four steps from the road lead onto a common (with the apartment above) front patio, which leads to the side and back patios and to the apartment main door. Entrance is onto a living/dining/kitchen area from which is accessed a bedroom with single bed and bunk beds, a main bathroom, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom with toilet ensuite and the back patio.

Booking and payment terms:

  •  Prices listed are per property per night according to the amount of persons and based on a minimum stay of 4 nights.

  •  All payments due are in €uro.

  •  In order to validate a booking, a deposit of 25% of the total rental cost quoted must be paid.

  •  The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.

  •  Children under the age of 2 years go free.

  •  The property owner reserves the right to ask for a €uro 200 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.

Arrival and departure:

  •  Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 15.00 hours onwards.

  •  The property must be vacated by 12.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.

General property Notes:

  •  Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor areas.

  •  Water/electricity/gas consumption is included in the price except for a/c.

  •  Air-conditioning is at an extra charge of €uro 8.00 per night.
