This seafront holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a block of seven which is serviced by a lift. An entrance hall leads onto a very large and full of light living/dining area which has a wall to wall window with wide sea views of St Julian`s Bay. Further in, one finds a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom with shower en suite, a single bedroom and two open air internal yards for hanging up the washing.

Booking and payment terms:

  •  Prices listed are for the property per night for up to 2 persons and then per additional person.

  •  All payments due are in €uro.

  •  The rental duration must be of a minimum of 3 nights.

  •  In order to validate a booking, a deposit of 35% of the total rental cost quoted must be paid.    

  •  The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.

  •  The property owner reserves the right to ask for a €uro 400 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.

Arrival and departure:

  •  Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 15.00 hours onwards.

  •  The property must be vacated by 12.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.

  •  Water, electricity and gas consumption is included in the price.
