This seafront holiday apartment is situated on the third (top) floor of a block of seafront apartments. The apartment can be accessed from either the seafront side, through the common block door or from the street behind and through the apartment's own private door. Entrance is onto a bed/sitting room with two single sofa beds. A corridor leads onto a double bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a dining/sitting room with panoramic sea bay views. The sunny roof top is common use.

Booking and payment terms:

  •  Prices listed are for the property per night for up to 2 persons and then per additional person.

  •  All payments due are in €uro.

  •  In order to validate a booking, a deposit of 25% of the total rental cost quoted must be paid. 

  •  Children under the age of 5 years are discounted at 50%.   

  •  The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.

Arrival and departure:

  •  Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 12.00 hours onwards.

  •  The property must be vacated by 10.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.

  •  Water/electricity/gas consumption is included in the price.

  •  Moderate smoking is allowed.
