A two bedroomed apartment just off the sea front boulevard in the trendy town of Sliema. This self-catering holiday apartment can sleep 4 persons (maximum 5 using folding bed) and is wheelchair accessible. It is very centrally located and just two minutes on foot from the sea front. Rocky beaches, cafeterias, restaurants, bars and a good shopping centre are all accessible on foot. Sliema is an interesting and vibrant town where locals and tourists mingle together. The picturesque fishing village of St Julian`s, as well as Malta`s no. 1 night spot Paceville, can be easily accessed along the interesting sea front promenade.

This holiday apartment is on the first floor of a block of residential apartments. Through a common street entrance and up stairs/2 lifts brings one to the apartment. Entrance is onto a small hall and corridor leading to  double bedroom with bathroom en suite and small yard (for hanging clothes), twin bedroom with shower room en suite and dining/living/kitchen leading onto an open balcony overlooking street below.

Booking and payment terms:

•  Prices listed are for the property per night for up to 2 persons and then per additional person.

•  All payments due are in €uro.

•  In order to validate a booking, a deposit of 25% of the total rental cost quoted must be paid. 

•  Children under the age of 5 years are discounted at 50%.   

•  The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.

Arrival and departure:

•  Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 12.00 hours onwards.

•  The property must be vacated by 10.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.

General property notes:

•  Water/electricity/gas consumption is included in the price.

•  Moderate smoking is allowed.

•  Wheelchair accessible.
