A compact two bedroomed fully equipped self catering holiday apartment with balcony in the heart of the trendy seaside town of Sliema. Located in a residential street but minutes away on foot from Sliema/St Julian`s popular sea front promenade, this vacation rental apartment can accommodate 4 persons (6 maximum using double sofa bed). Rocky beaches, cafeterias, restaurants, bars and a good shopping centre are all accessible on foot. Sliema is an interesting and vibrant town where locals and tourists mingle together. The picturesque fishing village of St Julian`s, as well as Malta`s no. 1 night spot Paceville, can be easily accessed along the interesting sea front promenade.


The apartment is located in a residential street in a block of apartments. The apartment is accessed either by lift or stairs. Entrance is onto a living room with a double sofa bed with a traditional Maltese balcony/open balcony overlooking the street below, which gives access to two twin bedrooms and a kitchen/dining. There is one main bathroom. A bar adjacent to the block can provide a nice cold pint of beer on a hot summer's day!

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are for the property per night for up to 4 persons and then per additional person.
All payments due are in €uro.
In order to validate a booking a deposit of 25% of the total quoted rental cost must be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.
The property owner reserves the right to ask for a €uro 200 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 15.00 hours onwards.
The property must be vacated by 10.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property notes:
Water/electricity/gas consumption is included in the price.
