Located in a residential street but minutes away on foot from the Sliema/St Julian`s popular sea front promenade, this bright vacation rental apartment can accommodate 4 persons (7 maximum using sliding bed and double sofa bed). Rocky beaches, cafeterias, restaurants, bars and a good shopping centre are all accessible on foot. Sliema is an interesting and vibrant town where locals and tourists mingle together. The picturesque fishing village of St Julian`s, as well as Malta`s no. 1 night spot Paceville, can be easily accessed along the interesting sea front promenade.
The penthouse is located on the third/top floor of a block of apartments in a residential street. The penthouse is accessed up flights of stairs and onto an entrance hallway which leads into a double bedroom, bedroom with 2 bunk beds and sliding bed, kitchen/living/dining room with double sofa bed, bathroom, utility area, spare side alcove and two sun terraces with town views.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are for the property per night according to the amount of persons.
The prices above are based on a minimum stay of 6 nights.
An early change over charge equivalent to one night's rental cost will be levied for rental periods of less than 6 nights.
All payments due are in uro.
In order to validate a booking a deposit of 25% of the total rental cost must be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.
The first 40 units of electricity are free, following which it is charged at 25 Euro cents/unit.
A damages deposit of uro 200 must be paid on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 15.00 hours onwards.
The property must be vacated by 10.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property notes:
Smoking is only allowed on the two sun terraces.
Water and gas consumption are included in the price.
