A country cul-de-sac leads to the farmhouse with a private driveway/parking. The owner lives across the driveway. The property is all on the ground floor. From the front garden one steps into an entrance hallway which leads into a large sitting/dining room. This leads into a kitchen, a quadruple bedroom and the pool/garden. From an interconnecting little lounge area are accessed a twin bedroom with bathroom en suite, a double bedroom with shower room en suite leading onto the garden, a triple bedroom and common bathroom. Another twin bedroom with shower room en suite is accessed through the garden. The outside area comprises a pool, dining table/chairs, BBQ, sun beds and a mature tree garden surrounding the property.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are per property per night for up to ten persons.
All payments due are in uro.
In order to validate a booking, a deposit of 25% of the total rental cost quoted must be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid six weeks prior to arrival.
The property owner reserves the right to ask for a deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 15.00 hours onwards. No Sunday changeovers.
The property must be vacated by 10.30 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property notes:
Smoking is not allowed.
Water consumption is included in the price.
Up to 20 units/day of electricity consumption is included in the price. Consumption above that must be paid for.
Tokens must be bought from the owner in order to operate the air-conditioning units.
A basic amount of gas is included in the price. If more is required, it has to be paid for.
Wood for the fire heater has to be paid for.
