A two bedroomed penthouse apartment in the interesting town of Rabat in Malta. It can sleep 4 persons (maximum 5 using a folding bed) in two bedrooms. Complementing this vacation rental property is a large sunny terrace with town views. Rabat is just outside the medieval fortified city of Mdina (Malta`s old capital). The Rabat/Mdina area is rich in historical/cultural places of interest ranging from a Roman Villa, numerous catacombs and museums to the impressive Mdina fortifications. Interspersed in all this history are some of the island's finest restaurants and tea gardens. The surrounding countryside provides for some of Malta`s best walks.
The penthouse apartment is located on the top/third floor of a block of six residential apartments and is accessed by stairs. Entrance is onto a kitchen/dining room which leads onto a hall/living area which feeds a twin bedroom, a double bedroom with shower room en suite and a large sunny terrace with town views. Parking is in the surrounding streets.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are per night and based on a minimum stay of 7 nights.
All payments due are in €uro.
In order to validate a booking, a deposit of 50% of the total rental cost quoted must be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.
Children under the age of 5 go for free (one child per couple).
The property owner reserves the right to ask for a €uro 250 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 16.00 hours onwards.
The property must be vacated by 12.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property notes:
Smoking only outside.
Cooking gas consumption is included in the price.
The first 1 unit of water and first 30 units of electricity are free. Consumption over and above that, has to be paid for.
